Credit Card Purchases:

Billing Address:

This is the address you, or your company receives mailed credit card statements - we must have the credit card billing address in order to authorize your credit card.

If you receive a fraud alert when attempting to checkout out, please double check your billing address with your card issuing bank, or your company accounting department.

In order to combat fraudulent use of credit cards - we must have the correct billing address, and the credit card security code in order to authorize your credit card.

Shipping Address:

This is the address where you would like material delivered via UPS, Fedex or US Mail.  Keep in mind UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Box.

If you are shipping material to a different address than your credit card billing address, as outlined above, you may receive extra email correspondence, or a phone

call in order to verify/confirm your order - your order may experience a delay during this process.
