I have a resettable presto padlock 3470BN and am unable to open it. I do not have the combination and the 000 combination does not work. Can you help me understand how to reset this lock while it is still in the lock position? Thank you.

Without a working combination, you cannot reset the lock. The lock must be in the open position, and opened with a correct combination in order to reset.

I have the same padlock. "Small" (pink) for backpacks and travelling cases. How do I open it and reset it.

A working combination must be used to unlock the padlock - then you may reset or change the combination. See pdf files above for detailed instructions.
