Product Warranty

Warranties vary widely by product, and manufacturer. Mr. Lock will be glad to offer exchange/replacement of a defective item within the first 30 days of purchase. If you have an item that is defective, and within the product warranty period please contact the manufacturer - if you need a contact number for manufacturer technical support please let us know.
