Damaged shipments & Freight Claims

Freight Claims:

If merchandise is damaged or lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. Prompt inspection at destination by the carrier is the first step in filing a claim. All claims must be made with 30 days of delivery. If assistance is required, please give us a call.
